Hi so i have a set of deepcool fans Rf120s

so 3 of them vibrate alot and its been screwed on tight to the frame.

any ideas

You could get some rubber washers if the screws are long enough. Fans will vibrate if they spin at a speed where smaller imbalances (be it engineering of the fan, or the pc chassis being just slightly warped) cause it to vibrate the frame.

Make sure the fans are facing the right direction as well. Some variable speed fans (eg pwm, voltage controlled) will actually let themselves be dialed down to low speeds and even stop.

so you think theres nothing wrong with the fans

the fans vibrate at 1100 rpm when the other fans don't at 1300rpm and its all the same model

there could be but without actually seeing them in action we couldn't know for certain.

also if three fans mulfunction at the same time, there likely are some serious problems with the model and there should be people complaining on the internet.

a quick troubleshoot method i can think of is to wrap a layer of rubber band around the screw where the fan and the case make contact. if vibratiob is significantly reduced the fans are probably fine. Then just get some anti vibration rubber mounts and use them instead of metal screws.

Alternative try padding with these ;)

just pointing out even if mounted properlt there could still be vibration - it's just physics.
