Bluetooth usb dongle or internal?

My desktop computer is lacking bluetooth support and I want to implement it in the best way possible. I aim at mostly gaming, so it should be able to connect to a controller like the dualshock4 wireless. I've seen that usually bluetooth pcie cards comes with wifi modules and I was wondering if I could loose any performance over wifi if I buy one of those. 

 

Windows 10 currently sporting an old Tp-Link TL-WN881ND 300 Mbps and I'm 3 meters away from my router
