Touchpad being disabled when holding keyboard key down

Whenever i hold a key down on the keyboard of my Fujitsu Lifebook A544, the mouse click on my touchpad is disabled, and when i let go of the key on the keyboard, it takes a while for the mouse click to re-activate. I've had to disable the feature of stopping the mouse cursor from moving when a keyboard button is pressed by going into regedit and disabling the registries with PalmKMS...

As you can see, there are no options in my mouse options either;

FIXED IT!

It's a windows 8.1 feature. Disabled it in the metro menu.

It's hidden pretty well within metro. There's an option to add a delay to "Help prevent the cursor accidentally moving while you type" It's defaulted to medium Delay
