Voltage is way off ?

I’m pretty sure this wrong . It was running around 0.8?? And now it’s stuck at a permanent 1.040 . No I have not overclocked . I attempted and was only paying attention to temps and don’t know when the voltage got stuck like that , but I reversed every single tiny tweak I made , even the fans . It’s a zotac gt 520 1gb . Any suggestions?
