First Build Tips Budget 1000

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Looking for 120 or higher fps on most games at 1080p as i have seen its possible with this budget but i dont wanna pick terrible parts,i would also use it for light work using office which isnt alot of load on the system so ill focus on gaming 

Currently using a asus tuf fx505dt so i need a decent desktop to have for home gaming/work any tips would be appreciated since reddit just rips into me

No monitor or anything like that for this build ive already looked into that just looking for desktop build
