Budget (including currency): 1350 USD (R$ 8000) and 1100 USD without the peripherals

Country: Brazil

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Division 2, Sekiro, Gears 5, Devil May Cry, Resident evil, Uncharted, InFamous, GTA V.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I already have a headset but I don't have the rest of the peripherals (mouse, keyboard and monitor), I'm planing to spend about 250 USD on these, so that leaves us with 1100 USD for the PC itself. I don't intend on playing competitively, so 60 FPS for the most part will do. For the monitor and resolution; just one with 1920 x 1080.

This is my first build and I have a general knowledge about computers, but when it comes to prices, branding and specific specs i'm quite illiterate. I'm looking for advice on picking the the parts for this build that best fit the games that I want to play and staying within the 1100 budged. Thanks in advance

I would spend more on your monitor and keyboard than just $250. You don’t need anything too crazy to run 1080p high refresh rate. I would build something like this with the mouse and keyboard of your choice.
