PC Stops Responding randomly

Hi

My pc randomly becomes unresponsive and restarts on its own, every time it happens my task bar glitches out with the search function on win 10 disappears. I checked event viewer and every thing seems fine.

How can i fox this?

Intel Core i5-8400 3.0 GHz
16GB 2666MHz DDR4
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6gb

temps are good

and when it crashes, it restarts on its own and after 1min of booting it tells me to insert a usb with an operating system, a simple press on the power button to turn it off then press again to turn it on, everything is fine. Then crashes at a random time, could be seconds or hours.
