As a boot/game/software system my pc will have a Crucial P1 1TB, but im not sure about what hdd i should get. Iill get 4tb(i want more, but spend most of my budget on the gpu XD) and here are the cheapest options:

https://www.skroutz.gr/s/7435531/Toshiba-X300-4TB.html#specs

https://www.skroutz.gr/s/12003810/Seagate-Barracuda-4TB-ST4000DM004.html#specs

https://www.skroutz.gr/s/7601976/Western-Digital-Blue-4TB-5400rpm.html?from=account_favorites#specs

https://www.skroutz.gr/s/21817728/Toshiba-P300-4TB.html#specs

Seagate is the cheapest one and with the biggest cache at 256mb, but with 12e more i can get the x300 which is 7200 rpm but smaller cache. then you have western digital in the middle, which i think its regarded to be the best hdd company? not sure

Again, this drive will be for just storage, every game and software will be on the P1

Which one you guys recommend?

the top one is fastest. for games you should get the seagate one since games will benefit from that cache. but for videos, files etc the x300 is the best

May I suggest looking for a WD Blue 7200 RPM drive, you need to look at the drives specs, some have 5400 some 7200 RPM.

I have very little faith in the reliablility of Toshiba drives, speaking from experience and Seagate Barracuda drives are hit and miss as well, but generally more reliable than the Toshiba ones.

games and software will be on an nvme. the hdd is only storage. so i should go with the fastest rpm one and not the one with the biggest cache?

thats what i was thinking. hence id pick the barracuda one. but too many people told me to NOT get a 5400 rpm drive. even if its just storage

It doesn't really matter that it is 5400rpm if you are just storing stuff on it. As long as you are running Windows and games etc off the SSD then you are fine.
