Bluetooth Controller

I recently finished my first coomputer build.  After all installs and updates, everyting runs fine.  For some reason when i connect a bluetooth conroller to play online games, the controller doesnt show up but i can hear sound through a connected headset. Not sure whats going on.  Games wont give me the option to change to controller.  I downloaded DS4 windows and that doesnt recognize my controller.

update to this.  It can connect to a ps4 controller but not to an Astro C40

Did you install the software / drivers and follow the setup video?

sorry for the late response, i've been gone for a bit. Everything is running right after installing driver and software. Thanks
