vram usage on 10%

So i have a ryzen build and due to problems and not very good preformance i upgraded from one stick of 2400MHz to one 3200MH ram stick and updated the motherboard drivers

and apu drivers my specs are 

ryzen 3 3200g

asus a320mk mobo 

patriot viper steel ram 8gb dd4 3200MHz

and when i got to the asus graphic settings it says  the vram usage is 10% tge gpu speed is 20MHz and gpu temperaature 0 i am just sitting in home not playing anygames im not sure if this would affect it or not but is this normal? if not how do i fix it and would this also be stopping performace

it is a hardware analyzing program to help you diagnose problems or just show you how your system is running
