Static Pressure 120mm

I have a fractal design vector case which has a very limited opening on the top, so I wanted to put some good static pressure fans in there.  What would you recommend?

 

List of importance in order:

1. Performance

2. Noise

3. Price

 

Don't care what they look like but if it happens to be RGB or blue leds that's a bonus

Noctua NF-F12. They do have 3 variant, 1500rpm, 2000rpm or 3000rpm. The 3000rpm has the highest static pressure for 120mm fans but they are LOUD. If you care about performance more than noise then go for it.

The absolute highest static pressure for a 120mm fan can only come from a 120x38. I've got a bunch in my Meshify. They blow Noctua away. And the TY-143 blows away their IPPC models.
