Is there a program that can control the RGB in one place?

Does anyone know if there's any programs out there that can control rgb software together? Recently built a new pc and can only control the ram, mobo, case and the led fan on the amd wraith prism cooler, it seems like I have to use a usb header to be able to fully control the rgb on the cooler which is another program on top of rgb fusion, icue and lghub, thanks in advance

I don't think so. I've never seen such a software. But maybe. Try to look it up more.
