For example I am going to build this, Are there going to be any cabling issues? Also I do need a new moniter if you have a cheap 144hz, 1ms refresh rate, 24" monitor, that would be appreciated.

I've heard that some monitors cant be compatible with some gpu's please suggest one that actually will be comaptible.

Also another few questions I had were, Will anything decrease the performance rate of anything else? (i.e) like the Ryzen 3 would decrease the performance of the RTX 2070.

Do all these work well with each other? And is it overclockable to the point where I can still use it for about 5-6 years?

Sorry for all the questions i'm pretty new to building PCs.

Thanks!

Get a different power supply and board. For that money, the X570 Prime P and Phantom Gaming are MUCH better X570 options.

And the Corsair TXM or Be Quiet Pure Power Gold are better options.

Thank You

Although in general with the Corsair TXM and X570 Prime will it work well?

If this doesn't break your bank too much, here's a build with an X570 board, 2070 Super, faster ram, better PSU and a case with great airflow (the H510 isn't the worse, but it's not great either).

It's not the Asus Prime X570-P, which would've been my first choice as well, but it's still a decent board. The Asus board is super expensive currently in most places.

If this is too expensive you can save some more money by going with 3200MHz/CL16 ram (save ~ $15-20), cheaper case (Fractal Design Focus G, saves ~ $15), maybe get a 500GB SSD (save ~ $50-60) and you could get away with a slightly cheaper PSU. Yes, you could go with a B450 board, but you'll lose the ability to upgrade to the upcoming Ryzen 4000 CPUs. Another option is to go with a 5700XT instead of a 2070 Super (it performs comparably well)

Edit: With the Focus G case, a 3200MHz memory kit and the Gigabyte P650B PSU you'll end up at CAD 1795.91

I'm curious if you're streaming with the build or is it strictly for gaming?

Thank you so much!

This was an extremely helpful list. I did change some of the things around went a bit over budget but I will handle it!

Also another question I had was, Will anything decrease the performance rate of anything else? (i.e) like the Ryzen 3 would decrease the performance of the RTX 2070.

Also will I have to buy fans for the case? If so, How many and which ones are recommended? Do all these work well with each other?

Which Ryzen 3 are you referring to? 3300X? It will not decrease the performance of the GPU. You'll have to check your case how many fans it supports, I suggest you buy Noctua fans.

Glad it helped. When you have finalized your list, you can post it here again and we can look over it.

No worries. You talk about a bottleneck. Well, there is always a weakest component - at some point one will limit the other, that's unavoidable, even with a 9900K/2080Ti in games.

In your case: No, I wouldn't say anything is a limiting factor here, the build I suggested is very balanced. Depending on your resolution you could upgrade to a 2080 Super, but that would set you back another $300-400 and even at 1440p the 2070 Super is still a great performer. If you were gaming on a 1440p ultra-wide monitor I'd suggest going with a 2080 Super as it has nearly as much pixels as a 4k display, but with a regular 1080p or even 1440p display you shouldn't run into any issues.

A big thought I am having is for which Mother Board (Mobo) to use. I have been doing research and heard bad things about the Asus Prime and Asrock Phantom as well. I am thinking of going back to the B450 max.

Also can I install a Wi-Fi card to the B450 max?

EDIT: I think mainly for me it is between a MSI B450 A-pro and B450 Max what do you think I should go with?

Thanks in advance

What are your concerns regarding these boards? The Asus PRIME X570-P is a fantastic board and the AsRock is a very good board as well. Sure you can just go with a B450 board (both Tomahawk MAX, A-Pro MAX and even Gaming Plus MAX are the best B450 boards out there), but you'll lose the ability to upgrade to Ryzen 4000 in the future and neither of the B450 boards support up to a 3950X for example - VRMs are better on the mentioned X570 boards. For more info you can check the motherboard tier list of this forum

Sure you can install a PCIe Wifi-Card to basically any motherboard

You can run a 3950X on the Tomahawk MAX. Already been shown by Hardware Unboxed.

If you can wait a few more weeks, the B550 boards are due out on the 16th June.

The thing is for the B550 boards because they are new i am probably going to have to buy it for more of a premium. Thanks! :)
