Random average FPS drop?

Hey so like out of no where I’ve went from averaging high FPS in games down to like 80- out of no where, OVERWATCH I was averaging 160 everything maxed out now it’s 80, rainbow six seige, 200- and above- now it’s 80, I have a 2070 super and an i5 9600k I recently build this pc, and have had no problems until this

overheating? The 9600K is a very hot part. Is your BIOS/Chipset driver/VGA driver updated?

I checked the temps, it doesn’t go above 60 when it’s being taxed, and I just made the newest windows update if that would have anything to do with it

Because I didn’t do this until I made that update
