What is better?

Hi guys so i want to ask you something about GPU's cuz im about to get new one, so in my country GTX 1650 4GB costs 195e  and RX 580 8GB costs 220e so what do you think what would be a better choice?

And if you ask me i dont really understand why RX costs 20e more than this 4gb card but this got 8 so that is 4 more than 1650 but its only 20e difference?

580 is better in terms of performance, but if the 1650 super is available, go for that one, it's got a better encoder for streaming, if you want to dabble with that.

If it's not a 1650 Super, then the RX580 is better. Otherwise they're about the same ish. (More memory is better for higher-resolution or futureproofing though)
