Apple TV Issue

There are missing episodes and misnumbered episodes in Apple TV. I called Apple and they said to call Netflix. I called Netflix and they said to call Apple. There is a video below to help you understand it better. If you could help that would be great. Thank you for your time.

Apple TV television show episodes are out of order for me, cant find a fix. It goes S1E1, S2E1, S3E1 then S1E2, S2E2, S3E2... So annoying.

 

Sometimes Netflix ones are out of order but its the same across all our apple and non apple devices then.
