Help picking mechanical keyboard

Hi I was wondering what is the cheapest keyboard with silent red switches. Or if there are any other options that is quiet enough. And I was wondering what the difference is between the silent reds and reds with o rings on them(talking about sound). It’s just that I keep waking my brother up who I share the room with so I wanted something quiet as I have blue equivalents now and they are awesome but LOUD.

Silenced switches have silencing rubber to dampen both the downstroke and the upstroke. O rings only dampen the downstroke. Keyboards that have silenced switches are not very common, but you could look at Leopold keyboards, or a hot swappable keyboard and get silenced switches separately (e.g. GMMK).

To add to this Orings feel like trash to type on.
