I was going to get 2 pairs of https://pcpartpicker.com/product/z3VD4D/team-t-force-vulcan-z-16-gb-2-x-8-gb-ddr4-3200-memory-tlzgd416g3200hc16cdc01 but they arent for sale currently so i was looking for a replacement for them and found https://pcpartpicker.com/product/6wGxFT/team-t-force-vulcan-z-16-gb-2-x-8-gb-ddr4-3000-memory-tlzgd416g3000hc16cdc01 which are only 200ghz less. So would there would a diffence i would be able to see ingame?

Depends on the cpu you have.

There's plenty of other kits hovering around $70 with the same 3200 speed and latency though.
