outdated bios

So i've recently bought an AMD ryzen 5 3600 and Asus tuf B450 plus gaming motherboard but the pc won't display anything but the pc is on and stays on. Could this be a bios problem?

Most likely, you either need an AMD boot kit, or should have gotten an MSI B450 MAX board with USB bios flashing.

Pick up Athlon 200ge for dirty cheap.

It'll make a nice diagnostics chip. Has onboard Vega which is really nice for diag if ever video card issues.
