Make sure you have at least 4gb of ram dedicated to your vega graphics. Google how to allocate more. Also turn the settings down. Like hard. Switch the resolution to 720p and all of the other video settings to low. Good luck.

If you've already done this, run userbenchmark and see if your parts are performing as they should be.

The 3200G isn't a bad processor by any means, it has great value, but don't expect to be able to run games at 60 fps without turning the settings down. Alternatively, you could take the plunge and buy a dedicated card. This would certainly solve your issue. And open up thousands of games to you.

A used GTX 760 / 770 / 960 / 1050 from ebay or craigslist will all be a very large upgrade for your computer. They can all be had for less than $100.

(If your settings are completely turned down to low at 720p you might be able to get 60+ fps with the vega alone)

Case: InWin 303 Motherboard: Asus TUF X570-Plus Processor: Ryzen R9-3900x GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Ram: 32 GB DDR4 3000 MHZ

If you're using the Vega GPU from the Ryzen 3 3200g, that's the reason. Fortnite, since the new season, became more requiering.

You need to lower settings or get a better GPU.

Also, make sure to use the latest drivers for the APU (CPU+GPU) and the motherboard (chipset).

On 1080p with medium to high details, it will be relatively smooth.
