Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Sometimes play WarZone, Pubg and other games. I have no work with 3D, PS and etc. No streaming. Just wanna nice pc.

Have you considered AMD as an option? With that sort of budget you would looking at the top end, 3950x, the difference in gaming terms is quite small, but it has longevity well beyond the i9-9900k.

 

Also tenth Gen Intel is due VERY soon, like weeks, not months, it might be worth waiting to see how they perform in gaming, as if all you want is gaming, then they may be the right choice.

 

You also have to take the risk that Nvidia will release their 3000 series cards soon, I am not sure about that, I think we might be a year away, but I could be wrong and it could be much sooner...in which case you might kick yourself for buying a 2080 ti this late in the cycle.

Don't waste money on a dead end platform. Either go Ryzen as mentioned, or wait for the i9 10900K and Z490 if you want Intel.

 

The 2080 ti is also really bad value for money. A mid range gpu like the 5700XT or 2070S would tide you over until the 3000 series and Navi come out.
