asrock z390 pro 4 + i9 9900k

i need some help i have mixed feelings about this, there are numerous reviews and comments about this combination all due to thermal issues, one says it has high risk of overheating but another one says its perfectly fine you could even overlock it a little. I do have good airflow in my case, three 14 cm fans in the front, one 14 cm in the back and 2x 120mm corsair H100i Pro up top, so my question is what do you guys recommend? just to be safe replace my whole motherboard + get the i9 9900k or saying it will be totally fine and just buy the processor?

get some positive airflow over those VRMs and it should probably be okay.

you using the AIO rad on top as the exhaust will help some with VRM temps.
