im looking for an AMD processor and AMD motherboard that can support DDR3 for the ram I already own.

Which card is that, I haven't heard of that one before. Also if you want an AMD cpu that supports ddr3, you'll have to go with bulldozer which perfoms pretty terribly according to everyone (cannot say anything myself since I don't have a clue about bulldozer)

your much better off getting new ram because most ryzen cpus arent comaptible with ddr3

It's best to sell your current mobo, cpu and ram. Also what kinda GPU is that? I tried searching for that model but it doesn't exist. Please be more specific. Here's a Mobo, CPU and RAM combo. If your GPU is old, I'd get a used RX 570 or 580 on Ebay if you're tight on budget. New ones are between 120-190$.
