when i download a game it is always runing at 14 mbps but i have 60 mbps internet, currently i dont know what my ethernet cord speed is, i cant find a 60 mbps ethernet cord online to buy what 60 mbps antenna or ethernet cord should i buy to get the most out of my internet

do you know where i could find that i looked online couldnt find a standard cat5 cable only cat 5e

cat 5e is standard, it'll do just fine

Cat5e is your ideal network cable. It'll handle up to 1gigabit/sec so your limiting factor will be just your ISP connection. :)
