Office PC from scratch

Budget (including currency): 450/500 €

Country: Italy

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: light office work (excel, internet browsing, video conferences, etc.) and eventually very light gaming (like minecraft with low/mid settings)

Other details : I need a small case (mini-atx) and possibly a horizontal one so that the monitor can be placed upon it (if it is a possible/reasonable solution, otherwise a classic vertical case is fine), a CPU with integrated graphics, a 250gb SSD is already enough but also 500gb is fine, and I guess at least 8gb or ram? I already have monitor, keyboard and mouse.

For the CPU i was thinking about the ryzen 3 3200G, and other than that I'm open for suggestion. Especially for the case and the mobo where I really don't know what to look for.

Get like a used dell with an i7 and drop a low end gpu in it or use the igpu. That will maybe be like 200-250€ in total.
