help installing windows 10

so i need to do a fresh install of windows 10 is there a way i can prevent windows 10 from showing all of my drives? i know it sounds stupid but i dont wanna risk formatting the wrong drive and having to open up my case to disconnect each drive is a pain
 
i want them to stay connected to the board and psu but not display during windows 10 install so i dont risk formatting the wrong drive for context i have 12 drives in my system
