is my ram dead?

More info - what is your system specs?  Are you running an XMP/DOCP profile out of spec to your motherboard memory controller or CPU memory controller?  If so these can generate hardware problems.

My Rig: ASRock B450m Pro4, Ryzen 5 3600, ARESGAME River 5 CPU cooler, EVGA RTX 2060 KO, 16gb (2x8) 3600mhz TeamGroup T-Force RAM, ARESGAME AGV750w PSU, 1tb WD Black SN750 NVMe Win 10 boot drive, 3tb Hitachi 7200 RPM HDD, Fractal Design Focus G Mini custom painted.

1080

16GB RAM XMP On

Maximus IX HERO 

Corsair 850W

My Motherboard is compatible of 3200mhz

i dont know what cpu controller is

My System already freeze i waited for 2 hours and the percentage is still the same

Test one DIMM at a time

Yes, its working when i’m only using one ram stick but i need the dual channel for streaming and extra fps :c

Do both work when used alone? Either its one DIMM broken, which you can replace easy, or the DIMM Slott is broken, which you cant replace at all.
