MSI B450 MAX board

make sure your RAM is 3200mhz CL16 or 3600mhz CL16, CL18 won't be faster than cheaper RAM

NR400 or NR600 for the case, has the best in class airflow

unless you're doing minecraft ray tracing the RX 5700/XT is a better value GPU

what's your monitor resolution/refresh rate?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

This is close as I could reasonably get it with a X570 board for future upgradability.

Like @boggy77 mentioned the 5700XT is the better card. Now if you have a microcenter near you and can save some money on the CPU I'd highly recommend upping the SSD size to 500GB (Crucial P2 or P1 fpr ~$65-70) and second getting a 3600MHz/CL16 ram kit (~$78)

This would be an B450 alternative with faster ram with better timings as well, a faster NVMe 1TB SSD (alternatively 500GB SSD + 2TB HDD) and some money left over for a different case/additional fans/whatever - as of right now the better machine, but your only upgradepath would be a Ryzen 3900X (12-core/24-thread) CPU as B450 won't support upcoming Ryzen 4000 CPUs.
