This seems pretty decent, especially with an Amazon prime membership. Will pick up a b550 when they drop, probably an Asus TUF wifi since the coolermaster has a TUF scheme as well (AeStHeTiCs). That'll put me right at 1k usd with room to expand if I want. Recommendations are welcome.

Looks fine, I would wait on the case as a better budget B550 option may not me an mATX board. 

 

If the Crucial P1 is back in stock order that instead of the WD blue, cheaper and it is NVME.

Oh thanks for the tip on the case, I just assumed I could get the TUF in mATX. And I already bought a WD black since it was on sale for $70 last week and I knew they would go fast at that price. Tbh I don't even know what makes the black more expensive haha

WD Black is NVME, the WD blue is not, just in m.2 form factor.

 

Likely will be mATX versions but you never know what launch pricing will be like, better to not limit yourself yet.

Okay makes sense. This is my first build starting from scratch so I want to make sure I'm not making dumb mistakes. How quickly do you think the new boards will sell out on launch day? I've haven't paid attention to product launches in the past.

Honestly not sure, hard to say when it will actually be in stock because of COVID so it's anyone's guess at this point.

I'm pretty sure they drop June 16th.
