The only thing I'd change is the PC case and PSU. I'd get a 650W 80+ Gold from EVGA, and change the case with a Fractal Design Meshify S2 or one of the CM 500 series (CM H500, H500M or H500P). Like the guy said below, change the Mobo also to something like Asus X570 TUF or Gigabyte X570 Aorus Ultra.

I don't really recommend B450 for a 12-core CPU. If you go with X570 you can take advantage of it's PCIe lanes. I know B450 will support 8-core CPU but I think maybe not 12-core due to power consumption. Overclocking you can just forget about with that board, maybe someone else will know for sure if the VRMs can handle such a CPU. I think also I would consider a different PSU, something along the lines of Corsair RMx.
