Either 1 or 3.

My advice is that if you are playing at 1440p and are able to stably get 165 frames or more, then go ahead! If not you may want to downgrade it. Also note that it might be a bit more demanding on the gpu if you have multiple screens.

Also what FloRolf said. The problem with 2 screens is that you have a big bar down the middle of the screen!

Where do you look when playing with 1 monitor? 

Right, in the middle of the screen. 

What is in the middle of 2 screens? 

A big af bezel. 

 

It doesn't make sense for gaming and that should be obvious. 

A 165hz gaming display just as a secondary also doesn't make sense imo.
