Helios 300 poor performance

I was having framerate problems a few weeks ago, but now it's gotten really bad. Attached are some screenshots in Apex with literally everything turned down to the minimum.

Computer's plugged in, using the GTX 1660Ti. It never reaches its stock boost speeds, in any circumstance.

I've opened it up, cleaned it out (it wasn't dirty inside anyway),

I reformatted windows and did a clean install

all my fans are working

I'm not sure what else to do, aside form contact Acer and send the laptop in? Thoughts?

You really shouldn't be getting that low of frames with a 1660ti, but gaming laptops are generally blah and Apex is a hard game to run.

Check your task manager to see if you've got crap running in the background, might want to backup your data and format your disks if that's not working. Take the advice of other people first though, don't jump right to clearing your disks

I'm even getting crappy framerates in Unreal Tournament! 125 is alot, but not for a 21 year old game

I already cleared my disks and did a fresh reformat and fresh reinstall of everything. Nothing's running in the background except Dropbox, and it's not syncing anything right now.
