A good GTX 760 (Just under £200) or if you do up the budget a 770 (not recommending AMD due to price hike and availability)

760/770, the higher end GPU you get the longer you'll be able to maintain high settings with new games so you should get the highest end GPU you can afford.

push to 770 if you can.

 

I think it's fine to think about the amd as I believe not everyone in here is affected by the price hikes (like 10-30% of us? or less)

 

if you can grab a 280x cheaper go with it. but if the 770 is cheaper go with it.
