Cant install windows on my hard drive

Ive but in my usb with windows on it and when i select my hard drive it says "windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computers hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disks controller is enabled in the computers BIOS menu" im not very experiensed with computers so i dont really know how to do that ive tried to look it upp myself but cant find anything. id really appreciate the help:)

With the windows install, sometimes while installing it gives you the option to delete the current partitions and the after to create a new partition(this would get rid of the errors in theory).

 

The problem could be something as simple as being in the wrong format to create a bootable device for a windows based machine, I believe NTFS is the primary format.
