quadro Any low-mid end P and RTX series Quadros actually better than 2080Ti for CAD and UE4?
You can't get a good quadro GPU nowadays with RTX for 1000$. I recommend going with RTX 2080/2080ti. Also to answer your question you can do heavy cad work and gaming with a 1070 (at least my dad does it). I can't see how a 2080ti or 2080 would struggle. Ryzen 9 3900x is enough I think at least nowadays (no problem with v-ray / revit / other CAD stuff).
