Difference between HDD manufaturers?

im thinking of buiying a new hard drive for my pc (3/4TB), and im not sure what the difference is (if any) between the manufacuturers. currently it is between WD blue, Seagate Barracuda and toshiba. any help is appreciated

I just got the Toshiba x300 performance 4tb drive, and while it runs well it is extremely loud when in use.

In modern days, and with midrage desktop drives you are looking at there's very little difference. I have at the moment drives from all three of those. Latest being from Seagate I got yesterday. So my internal drives are from WD and Samsung. External ones are Toshiba and Seagate. I have personal preference towards WD when it comes to internal ones. Only internal drive that has actually died on me has been Maxtor, which is also why I had Seagate on non-buy for long time (they did buy Maxtor). The 2nd drive currently dying is Hitachi, which is now owned by WD.

I'm happy with my 7200 rpm Barracuda. The speed is OK for a spinning drive and it's hardly audible when it operates. I get around 160-170 MB/s worth of read speeds when I copy something off it. Of course it depends on where the data is physically stored on the drive but in a best case scenario with the drive defragmented that's what I see.
