Is this pc upgradable?

My sister has a HP pavilion slimline, she loves minecraft but always has to use my pc for it. So i was thinking of getting her a graphics card now that the gtx 750 ti is out and was wondering if it will suitable for the pc (as the pc is quite old). The hp has an Intel core duo 2 processor.

First of all, check the wattage of the PSU. If it's 300W+, you should be fine. Also, if it's similar to my system (Mini-itx), make sure there is room for a 2 slot card. Aside from that, I don't see a problem.
