i tried it and everything worked, but i suspect that something is wrong, i tried it on the seller’s pc and it took close to 40 sec to open adobe photoshop, is this normal because it is a heavy program, or is it that maybe something is wrong, or too worn out?

That sounds like something to due with the program or the drive it was installed on.

 

 

If you can run Aida64 on the CPU and RAM and it's fine, buy it. It's a great deal.
