Good deal ?

I found a used core i 5 4690k combo with msi h81m e33 mobo, and 12 gb ddr3 ram, how good is rhis for gaming( disregarding gpu), and how well would this work as a workstation, also is it a good deal.

Although it does seem a little too good to be true, so be sure to test everything before you buy it.

considering just a "4690k" is worth more than 50$. assuming everything works, go for it. even if you don't use it, you could sell the parts for profit

i tried it and everything worked, but i suspect that something is wrong, i tried it on the seller’s pc and it took close to 40 sec to open adobe photoshop, is this normal because it is a heavy program, or is it that maybe something is wrong, or too worn out?

That sounds like something to due with the program or the drive it was installed on.

 

 

If you can run Aida64 on the CPU and RAM and it's fine, buy it. It's a great deal.
