Quick question about pc building

Go to solution Solved by Matty2048,

a wooden table will do fine and as long as you touch a plugged in but powered off psu case (thats for the anti-static) occasionally should be fine.

Hey everyone sorry if this is on the wrong section (couldn't really decide where to post it) anyways a while back I asked here if I need an anti static braclet and The answer was no ,all is good and I delayed my build as I couldn't buy the parts because of covid etc etc

Now I just want to be 10000% sure before building it is whenever I watch a build guides (just for fun) they say I must have an anti static braclet and a mod mat

Now is the mod mat necessary as it's a little expensive for me lol and I already have a wooden table so would that be good enough ?

And thanks in advance

If you judge a fish based on its ability to climb trees it will go its whole life thinking its a failure.
