Hello, I'm a complete newbie to PC build, so I hope someone can help me with this.

So, I have a pre-built PC from lenovo, and my GPU died, I bought a new one and a new power supply for it, only to realize that the lenovo PC has a custom motherboard and doesn't even have a 20/24 pin to connect to the PSU.

Now, my plan is to buy a new motherboard and a case for the build, and I just need to make sure that everything is compatible (I think I checked everything that needed to be check, but still i'm very ignorant on this matter, so I may be/probably am wrong).

What I do have in my possession:

- CPU: i7 6700 (LGA1151) - With the original heatsink from the lenovo. - Still attached to the old motherboard.

- GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER Ventus XS OC 6GB.

- PSU: Corsair CV Series CV550 80 PLUS Bronze.

- RAM:  2x Samsung 8GB DDR4 2133MHz.

- STORAGE: 1TB HDD.

What I'm planning to buy:

- Motherboard: Asus H110M-K - Micro-ATX (Intel Socket 1151).

- Case: ATX Nox Infinity Neon RGB.

- Storage: SSD 2.5" Kingston A400 120GB TLC SATA.

Will everything be okay with this setup? and will it run, or am I forgetting something?

Thank you in advance, and sorry for the trouble.

Should work without issue.

I assume your putting an SSD in there to speed things up? I think thats a great idea, but I would go with a much larger one. At this point, you can get a decent enough 500 GB ssd for ~50-60 bucks, and a 120 GB is likely 25-30. So spending a few extra bucks to be able to put more games on the SSD just makes more economical sense.

Also, when you do this, you will need to transfer your Windows key to your SSD. The best and easiest way to do this is honestly sign into your Microsoft account on your current PC (assuming.... that lenovo mobo has integrated graphics so you can actually still use it?), this will tie your license to your account. Then when you format the SSD with windows, you can log in and say "I changed hardware recently" and select your old machine to transfer the license from.
