Random pixels appear on screen. Is there a problem with my GPU?

So I recently bought a new laptop with a built-in NVidia MX250. On several software, I have these multicoloured pixels appearing on the screen whenever something needs to be displayed. I have attached a couple of images below as examples. You can see in this example that the CAD drawing isn't rendering properly (Screenshot 1) and to fix it I have to zoom in and out again, only for it to pixelate again soon after (Screenshot 2). This isn't just limited to CAD software. This also happens with Chrome and with Word, where it's extremely pixelated across words and images; and can only be fixed if there's some sort of change to the images/words, like zooming in-and-out, scrolling, or minimising and maximising the entire window.

This happens on my main laptop monitor and all of my drivers are up-to-date. Is there something wrong with my GPU?

have you tried it with anything else, like fore example a simple game or running a video, perhaps its just the software that you are using causing the issue

Click on the little gear thing at the bottom right and make sure hardware acceleration is DISABLED and test again. You will need to close autocad and load again for it to take effect.

I just checked and Hardware Acceleration was already turned off. I turned it on and back off again, restarted and yet I'm still getting these blocky, pixelated artefacts

It happened on Chrome for a long time, inc. on YouTube videos, but then I managed to fix it by disabling Hardware Acceleration. However, other software such as Word and AutoCAD already has Hardware Acceleration turned off and it still has these issues, and I don't play games on my laptop

Double checl your gpu drivers? Make sure you have something recent installed properly?

How can I double check if my drivers are installed properly?

Saying that, I had these graphical issues ever since I got the laptop 2 months ago and the drivers have been update a couple of times in that period
