Usage suddenly increase (Google Chrome)

Is it normal when you launch google chrome (first time after booting up). I checked my task manager, its says telemetry and google chrome (Telemetry affect a cpu and google chrome hit 20%-30% cpu usage and for that hardisk im confused, installed all programs on C disk. Is it normal or not? Anybody ever find this thing ?

Is it always pinned at 100% while Chrome is open? Or just on startup?

Just a startup. My friend told me its normal. Maybe thats normal. maybe..

Ignore my last message. I just realised you meant disk usage. Sorry.
Have you tried re-installing chrome?

That is normal on boot up

Happens to me all the time on start up
