Budget (including currency): was abt 1600euros

Country: Belguim

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: streaming to twitch, csgo, gta v etc.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): This is what i have so far but i’m curious if theres maybe a cheaper case or another caser with a good airflow and fans.  Any other tips appreciated.

Hey there,

here's a revised list. Faster ram (3600MHz/CL16), bigger SSD, better airflow case and an even better PSU (the RM is great unit, the RMx is even a tad better and 550W is plenty for this system).

Try a psu calculator like this one

Power supply calculators are famed for overestimating, outervision being about the worst one out there.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

False, you can run it from decent 400w unit too.

OP that case doesnt have a exhaust one. either buy one or mount one of the front fans to the back for exhaust.

Looks good. I would add a 2tb HDD as 500gb gets used fast if your gaming

Hey, I'm sorry for the late response, I've been busy all day.

You are totally fine with the 550W RMx PSU. Nvidia recommends a 650W PSU - that's an overestimate and considering for all PSUs out there. The RMx is a very good unit and can easily handle a 2080 S, hell even a 2080 Ti. There are a lot of videos of people out there running more power hungry hardware with those PSUs.

yea was planning on doing that, is it smart to transfer my current one or not? sorry if this sounds dumb

You can totally do that - just plug it in, install Windows and your important programs on the SSD and use your HDD for whatever you want.
