My motherboard is B450 Carbon Pro AC and I had to unplug my HDD in order to clean reinstall windows in my m.2 boot drive. After plugging it back in and copying the same file I noticed that I dropped 30MB/s write speed. I even checked task manager if another application was using my HDD but that wasn't the case, I even tried to copy single 50Gb data.p4k file and it never exceeded 153MB/s. Before unplug and reinstall my speed used to be around 183-190MB/s.

Did I somehow damaged my SATA port? I'm afraid I can't swap SATA cable to different port because i'm afraid I might break it even more.
