Budget (including currency): As cheap as possible (under 100 USD)

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mainstream games like Fortnite, CSGO, R6, ETC

Other details I am building this computer out of used parts to sell 

 

Title says it all. Is a GTX 760 bottlenecked by a Xeon E5-540? If so, how badly, and what other CPU would you recommend?

That is probably not a good idea for making any kind of profit

 

you'd want to find an i5 2000 or i7 2000

How is that not a good idea to make profit? And yeah, I'll pick up a 2500 or something.
