I just built this machine

I have had several crashes across multiple games. Batman Arkham Asylum, Fortnite, Valorant (no longer installed), Grand Theft Auto 3, Borderlands 3,  and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit have all crashed on me without any obvious Error Codes to look up. I also had many BSOD's labeled "Video_internal_scheduler" but those haven't happened since I ran DDU and reinstalled the Radeon software.

When the crashes happen, if I look at the taskbar icons, there are multiple (4+) Radeon Icons. However the crashes still continue even when I kill Radeon Software through Task Manager.

I have also been getting bright green screen flashing when Youtube is open.

I am connected to video through HDMI to a cheap Toshiba/Amazon 4k TV over HDMI because my monitor is still in the mail.

The audio through HDMI is littered with popping noises and crackling but if I connect to one of the 3.5mm jacks it is fine.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling every driver I can think of to no success.

I'm willing to post any other settings that might be useful in determining the issue.

Did you use DDU in safe mode to delete your drivers? Do you have your chipset drivers for the CPU installed on your device? Was this build done with a fresh instal of windows?
