support B450 tomahawk stuck in bios loop

Every time I turn on my pc it boots into the bios, I can't get into windows. The red boot Led on the motherboard is also lit up.

 

I though it might be an issue with the boot order, but I can't find any option in the bios to change or even see the boot order.

 

I also tried unplugging all the drives except the boot drive, but that didn't work.

 

This has only just started today, it was fine yesterday. I haven't updated the bios or installed new hardware, I've changed absolutely nothing. I've had this pc nearly a year without any issues so I don't know what's caused this.

 

My specs are a b450 tomahawk (non max),

Ryzen 3600, rtx 2060 super, 16gb 3200mhz ram, a 240gb ssd as the boot drive, another 1tb ssd, and a 1tb hdd.

 

Can anyone help me fix this?

If you make a linux USB can you boot with that?

 

I guess try updating or rolling back the bios? It has USB bios flashing as well right?

I don't have any other device that I can make that drive from or download the bios.

Could try Drive Droid, and even make a windows 10 installer with it
