Cpu and ram voltage help...

I'm trying some memory overclocking, but when i raise the ram frequency, the vcore(name in bios) jumps up by a lot, so i have to apply an offset. The thing is that the voltage in bios are different in comparison to those in HWinfo... and after every overclock, when i benchmark it with cinebench i get lower scores. Any help?
