Pc lost power now not booting.

Hi

My pc lost wall power and is now not booting. I've tried resitting all power cables, memory and even the CMOS battery. All fans spin (including GPU and CPU cooler) LEDs work  however my RGB on my keyboard doesn't work and neither does my Keyboard. 

Potentially dead PSU?

1st thing to try is restarting again!

 

Else you might have shorted out USB port keyboard is attached to and some more of the I/O ports, the one display is attached to... fans are still getting power so I wouldn't throw PSU away yet...

No, no display at all

Yep, I tried restarting earlier and still no luck this happened last night

Can you exchange the PSU for another to try and rule it out?
