Reinstall drivers is usually a good starting point for any problem like this.

I actually just updated bios to latest version, and download all graphical drivers are there drivers for my cpu?

Just as troubleshooting steps id recommend making sure you're updated on your latest intel chipset driver, also updating/reinstalling your graphics card ones.

That CPU should handle Fortnite pretty easily, source me since i was using it till last November.

What CPU Cooler are you using? Since if you got something decent you can easily overclock all core to 4.5ghz with by setting the voltage to 1.33v, that should greatly help with that, the stock 3.9ghz is not really enough to keep up with a lot of modern titles.

That being said, also try and not do 40 things at the same time while gaming, that's a pretty old CPU and having Youtube, Discord chat, Spotify, some programs to control your chassis fans and so on running in background can kill your performance if the game is demanding enough.

Ryzen 7 3700X | Gigabyte RTX 2080 Gaming OC | Corsair LPX 16gb 3200 | MSI B450M Mortar MAX | Corsair H100i v2 | Samsung 850 PRO 512GB | Samsung 860 EVO 1TB | WD Caviar Blue 1TB | Corsair Air 240 Black | Corsair CS650M | Corsair ML120 (3x) | Link
